1. Operator and acceptance

NationX operates nationx.online. Contact: info@nationx.online.

If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these Terms; the Last updated date will change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and legally able to enter contracts and hold a digital-asset wallet.

You are responsible for complying with laws in your jurisdiction regarding digital assets, team affiliate / direct-selling regulations (including multi-level marketing rules where they apply), taxes, and financial promotions. NationX does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice.

3. Accounts and security

Provide accurate registration information and keep your email and password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Link only wallets you control. Never share private keys or seed phrases with NationX or anyone claiming to represent NationX.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, chargebacks where applicable, manipulation of the matrix, or Terms violations.

4. Gen X packages and membership

NationX offers Gen X membership packages (launch set includes Gen X, Gen X+, and Gen X++; additional packages may be added). Packages are one-time BNB purchases on BNB Smart Chain at published prices (currently 0.25 / 0.50 / 1.00 BNB for the launch tiers unless updated on-site).

There is no purchase service fee added by NationX on the package price under the published Gen X model.

Packages unlock membership benefits (for example campaign credits, NFT-related credits, dining / hotel incentives, wholesale portal access, and matrix placement) as published for each tier. Benefits may be delivered by NationX and/or partners. Allotments and partner availability can change; the member packages and admin-published allocations control the live offer.

Package purchases are generally final once confirmed on-chain. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed by NationX. Refunds, if any, are exceptional and solely at NationX’s discretion where legally required.

5. Team affiliate compensation (published plan)

Team affiliate commissions follow the published Gen X compensation plan and reward collective effort across parent, grandparent, and referee roles in the matrix. Customer-facing shares for normal N1 include Parent 20% instant, Grandparent 25% instant, and Referee (signup sponsor) 10% accrual of package price, unless a different published scenario applies (N2, N3, or sixth-seat S tables).

Each package type uses its own 2×2 matrix. Placement prefers your signup Main Sponsor’s organization (left-to-right, then breadth-first) under published rules. The sixth seat completes a cycle and may trigger a 50% renewal hold under S rules, with subsequent re-placement and accrual per the published plan.

Instant Parent / Grandparent commissions settle on-chain after place → distribute where due. Referee, foreign Main Sponsor, and renewal-pool shares accrue and disburse under the published monthly process (America/Los_Angeles calendar month). Referee qualification generally requires at least two first-time package buyers in that period, subject to published policy; non-qualified amounts may be forfeited to the company per that policy.

Commissions are not salary, wages, or guaranteed income. Results vary. You must not misrepresent earnings. NationX may correct erroneous ledger entries and claw back payments resulting from error, abuse, or invalid referrals.

6. Partner services and incentives

Dining, hotel, vacation, Travel Ready, Social & Email Campaign (BusMe), NFT, and similar benefits may be fulfilled by third parties under their own terms. NationX is not responsible for partner outages, inventory, travel arrangements, or partner account policies beyond facilitating access as described.

When we provision a BusMe (or similar) workspace, temporary credentials may be emailed by NationX. You must change passwords promptly and keep partner accounts secure.

Redeemable grants (for example worldwide vacation, hotel savings, restaurant coupons) are subject to availability, partner rules, and fair-use limits. Unused grants do not convert to cash unless expressly stated.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: spam or deceive prospects; run unauthorized bots against the site; exploit bugs; manipulate placement or referral rules; use stolen funds or sanctioned wallets; scrape member data; or use NationX for unlawful activity.

Marketing must be truthful. Do not imply employment by NationX, guaranteed returns, or unapproved endorsements.

8. Intellectual property

NationX branding, site design, presentation decks, and platform software are owned by NationX or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the member tools for personal membership and compliant promotion. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or resell the platform except as allowed by law.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NATIONX DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Digital assets are volatile. Smart contracts, wallets, gas fees, network congestion, and partner systems can fail or delay. NationX does not control BNB Smart Chain consensus or third-party wallets.

Nothing on the site is an offer of securities, investment advice, or a promise of profit.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NATIONX AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO NATIONX FOR GEN X PACKAGES IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (OR LOCAL EQUIVALENT), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NationX and its operators from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, your marketing statements, your tax obligations, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using NationX at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations or risk to the platform. On-chain history remains. Accrued but unpaid amounts are handled per published compensation and forfeiture rules.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of nationx.online, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts or venues competent for that operator shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer protections require otherwise.

14. General

If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms plus the Privacy Policy and published compensation / package pages form the agreement between you and NationX regarding the service.
